What payment methods do you accept?

  • We accept a variety of payment methods, including credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), All Types Of Wallets, Google Pay, and bank transfers. (ALL VIA PHONE PAY PAYMENT GATEWAY) 

How long does shipping take?

  • Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method chosen. Standard shipping usually takes 3-7 business days, while expedited shipping can take 1-3 business days.

What is your return policy?

  • We offer a 7-day return/replacement policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 7 days of delivery. Kindly note that we deduct  200 RS for courier and maintenance charges ( which includes GST, Payment Gateway Charges, Order Processing charges, return & reverse pickup). Please ensure the items are in their original condition and packaging.  However, we will not charge anything if you wish to exchange the item. For more details, visit our Returns & Refunds page.

Do you offer free shipping?

  • Yes, we offer free standard shipping on orders of any amount within the continental INDIA. We ship item within 1-2 business days.

How can I track my order?

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number on our website's Order Tracking page to check the status of your shipment.

Can I change or cancel my order?

  • You can change or cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by contacting our customer service team. After this period, we may not be able to make changes as the order could be in the process of being shipped.

What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

  • We apologize for any inconvenience. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as soon as possible. The parcel opening video is mandatory for a refund or exchange. We will not do further process without a video.
